This would have been a 5 star previously, when they used to include a hard plastic lid for the top of the container. But they decided to save their 2 cents and not include that anymore. Now my lunch meat doesn't stay fresh as long because the resealable film never totally seals. So it's always letting air in to package, drying it out faster and increasing the chance of mold. As far as the peppered turkey itself, I love it.

I buy several packs of this Turkey all of the time and I bought some with an expiration date of 20 May and some with 25 May and the quality of the turkey was signifigantly different. The ones dated May 20th were still real turkey texture and the ones from the 25th were super processed, texture was like lunchables meat instead of deli quality like it used to be. Not sure if that was a fluke or what to expect from here on out. If that's the new standard, I wont buy it or recommend it. I would have absolutely taken it back if I didnt need it today.
