Cooking this low and slow made one of the most delicious meals we ever had! Very tender, flavorful with seasoning, and the veggies I cooked with it were delicious. I recommend this as great for the price and phenomenal taste.

Pretty good lamb, but a little fiddly cutting it into chops. Local chain store in Lapeer had it for sale at nearly double per pound for chops. I can cut it up to save almost $6 a pound. My wife doesn't care much for lamb, but I enjoyed it very much.
