Excellent product This trampoline is everything that was written in the description. It’s heavy duty compared to other trampolines. shipping was les than acceptable. This trampoline comes in three boxes with one tracking number. Each box is 2‘ x 4‘ x 1‘. I Never received the third box. Had to make a claim and they ship me another three boxes. Whole process took a month just to get enough boxes to assemble one trampoline. Very dissatisfied Sam’s gave a $40 credit For my trouble. What a joke fix your problem
