The bed works but was shipped all around California before leaving the state to get to Indiana. It took a long time and was obviously not handled carefully. The box had multiple holes and something stuck all the way through the box and punctured the bed. I can use the bed and it will be a nightmare to return so I will use it until it finally rips the base material and becomes worthless. If I had it to do over I woulda just loaded the box into the truck and drove it to Sam's Club without even opening it. I mean I was so tore up it was obvious there would be damage to the bed. The delivery people obviously knew this as well as they never even bothered to knock on my door. I absolutely would have refused delivery.

Split kings doesn not give the option to move in sinc and separately when needed. you have to choose between the options. also per the cs agent, the app may not be compatible with Samsung Galaxy s25 and i have to wait for the update to pair with the bed.

I really have nothing negative to say about this bed frame! If i had to be really picky, id say that the instructions are not the best in some of the steps. I typically have minimal difficulty putting stuff together and I had to go by the pictures in a step or 2 to be able to figure it out, as the written instructions were not thorough enough in my opinion. The reason for this is that there's more than 1 way to put the bed together depending on whether you will be using your bed frame and slats for support, or whether you'll be using the supplied legs that come with the adjustable frame itself. Had I been someone that isn't mechanically inclined and typically able to figure things out myself on the fly, I probably would have been very frustrated. As it was, I was able to put this together with just a close observation of the photos in the instruction booklet. I will say this thing is quite heavy, over 100lbs, and quite cumbersome of you get the king size, like me. It definitely seems to be very durable. With that being said, if you can get another person to help with moving the adjustable frame into place, then I'd definitely recommend that, for sure...but if you have a strong back and dont have help, you can put it in place by yourself, as I did. All in all, after about a month, this bed is going strong and works great! I highly recommend it foe the price and function, especially when compared to other on the market.

I received the adjustable base as a gift. I absolutely love it! Since I’ve had it, I’ve had no back pain upon waking. Love the ability to raise head and/or feet. Fit perfectly inside my bed frame. I really like the adjustable leg height as well.

Easy to assemble. Very quiet operation. Adjustable height is a plus. Lights would have been nice but I easily added a $5 LED strip to the base.

So far I have been really pleased with the adjustable base. It is well built and sturdy. Easy to put together. The instructions were plain enough.

The legs at the top of the bed are getting in the way of lowering the head so that the unit will not go completely flat.

Received on date promised and wasn't to difficult to set up but after we got it all together and in place the head doesn't work. Still waiting to have someone come to fix it.

I had wanted an adjustable bed frame for a while. This one had gotten great reviews and had a very reasonable price. Glad I bought it as it helps with my back and hip pain.
