After 5 years, three high end coil mattresses, and, enough foul language directed towards a certain mattress professional outlet to make a sailor blush, we have found a comfortable mattress. I will not bore you with tails of pain and partner movement issues except to say that those issues have been resolved rather nicely with this 12" Night Therapy Elite MyGel, King size. I also will not bore you with tales of the insurmountable warranty maze and the thousands of wasted dollars spent with mattress professionals. Just take my word for it that they are not professionals. If you feel sleepy do not go to a mattress professional. You will regret it. It is all a shell game. We have been sleeping on this mattress for two months. It was easy to set up. There was no odor. It is no hotter or cooler than any mattress we have owned. It took me a week to get used to the firmness and a month to really feel good in it. My leg pain is gone. My girlfriends hip and shoulder pain is reduced and getting better the more time she spends on the mattress. Sleep quality is improved for both of us. I do not disturb her getting in and out of bed. This is a great mattress and great value. There were no issues with Sams Club or the delivery. This mattress will work on any box spring and frame. If you need more support you can always place a thin plywood board between the box and mattress. It probably wont be needed, though. This is the best mattress I have owned as an adult. Less strain and less pain in both my body and wallet. At this price if the mattress dies in two years I will just buy another and not feel as bad about it as I have with the recent ones I have owned.

This mattress was packaged wrong. I have bought two Mem Foam beds from "Bed in a Box" in Tennesse that are wonderful. They come vacuumed flat and rolled to fit in box. When un-packaged they regain the proper shape evenly. This one from Night Therapy was folded in two places and where the folds were, caused damage to the foam and has still not flattened out. There are two creases across the mattress about 18 inches from each end, giving it a slight wavy top surface. It has been sleeping OK, but I question how long that will last with the crushed foam at the shipping folds. I will buy my next one from Bedinabox.com, a little more money but a proven quality product made in the USA!

It’s been about a week since it was delivered and I couldn’t be happier. When I first open the box and rolled it out, it was only about three inches thick. But during the day it fully expanded. It is very comfortable. I slept like a baby. I love it. I would recommend this mattress to anyone.

We bought a King sized (13" I think) Night Therapy Elite and LOVE it. Needed a queen size for spare bedroom. I went to Sams (in store) and bought a SERTA Mattress or bed in a box (it was called "In a Box") off the shelf, since we had such good luck with these new mattresses. Not thinking there would be much difference with brands. When I unboxed it, it was FOLDED and when it unfolded it left a huge crease bump down the center from head to toe. I went back and bought another, in case it was a fluke. It wasn't. Second SERTA did the same thing. You can SEE the crease in the attached pic. Now, I have TWO mattress to return and that's a big pain because now they are not vacuum sealed and hard to return. I went online and looked at the exact brand of King we had ordered and bought the queen size version of the Night Therapy ...that ROLLED out of the box. Ordered that. It arrived quickly and ROLLED out like a DREAM. It's extremely comfortable and I'm so glad I have TWO now. Our guests will thank us. It will be Night Therapy Brands for us from now on.

My sister spent $3,700+ on a Queen Tempur-Cloud Luxe 13" Mattress by Tempur-Pedic and she LOVES it. I loved it too after spending 3 nights on it - - - PURE LUXURY but I cannot afford the price. I told her I decided to purchase a Tempur-Pedic 12" for my guest room when it really was Sam's Club Night Therapy Elite 12" MyGel® Ultimate Memory Foam Mattress. She came to my house for 4 days & loved my Foam Mattress too & could not really tell the difference between the 12" & the 13" mattress. When she was packing up to leave, I told her my total cost was $491 INCLUDING shipping to my home, that is NOT a Tempur-Pedic & it was a Sam's Club purchase. She was sick about all the money she wasted. She could have purchased 7 Sam’s Club queen size mattresses for what she paid for 1 Tempur-Pedic! I purchased the Sam’s Club mattress for my guestroom. I truly love it so I am buying another Sam's Club Night Therapy Elite 12" MyGel® Ultimate Memory Foam Mattress for MY bedroom. Two drawbacks – whether the mattress is from Sam’s Club or Tempur-Pedic both mattresses do have an “odor” that lasts a few days. I unrolled the mattress, opened the windows, turned the ceiling fan on and placed 6 Snuggle dryer sheets weighted down by various household items. Four days later there no longer is an odor, so I put a clean mattress pad & clean sheets on the bed. I’ve slept in my guestroom several nights and can’t wait to get my Master Bedroom Mattress from Sam’s Club. The second drawback is major. If you buy it for a guestroom, your guest may NEVER leave or if it is for your bedroom, it is tough getting out of bed because it is soooooooooo comfortable! PEACE from Michigan

It felt great to lay on but was to soft woke up every time I wanted to roll over because the softness in cased my body & I'd have to lift myself up to roll over. Woke up back achy every morning husband too Also sleeps hot too. Switched to a Serta coil bed w a 2" memory foam topper sleeps Great ! Bought it at Sams too! Sleeps cool & comfy

Mattress is very firm. My problem is that it is slow to respond to movement. I change position and where I was is still dented. I have to hold myself to avoid falling back where I was. I went to get up in the night and it was really hard to get out of the mattress.

We are an active middle aged couple. We read the reviews on this mattress and took a chance. Mattress is Firm but supportive. Ad stated relieves pressure points and it does! First night, slept better and longer and awoke with NO numbness in limbs. Love that! Ad says mattress decreases weight transfer and it does. We are not awakened when either one gets in or out of bed. Ad stated mattress has a cooling top layer, not so. Both husband and I wake up sweating. Have put lighter bedding on bed, has helped but still very warm. We live in the south so the mattress warmth is not appreciated. Been sleeping on it about 1 month now. Very good product for the price.

We have slept on it for a few months. We find it comfortable, conforms well to our bodies, and wake up with less pain than we had on our inner spring. We think it sleeps a little warm but find it is not a problem. Overall we like the mattress and would recommend it.

We tried a new Serta mattress for $1200 and a sleep number bed for $2000 before trying this mattress. This was by far the best & so much more affordable. Try this before you spend money trying other mattresses if you need a good night's sleep and are uncomfortable on your current mattress. I will buy another one for my kids.
