I received my mattress as schedule and after unwrapping it I watched it grow into a full King Mattress. There was an odor but which disappeared in a week or two. This is the most comfortable mattress I have ever owned. I love it and would recommend this mattress to anyone who’s looking for a great night sleep.

I bought this mattress because of the price and the customer reviews. I have tried VERY hard to like it. Every time I sleep on it, I wake up during the night hurting in several places and I do not feel rested when I get out of bed in the morning. I thought maybe I'm just getting old and I am coincidentally reaching that "aches and pains" time in my life. But every time I sleep in a different bed (whether it be one in our home or when we travel), I do not experience the same restless sleep with the aches and pains that I have with this mattress. To me, it is VERY firm. It really makes me very sad. I wanted so badly to like it the way that other reviewers wrote about.

I'm really disappointed in this order. I ordered this mattress on the 22nd of February and the latest shipping information states that it won't be delivered until the end of the day on the 7th of March. This is the second mattress that I have ordered online, the first experience being just as bad. I'm really considering cancelling my SAM's Club membership as I feel like having to wait over 2 weeks for an item that I was promised in less than a week, is excessive, especially for the second time.

Had to buy 12". Don't think the Inch makes a difference. Only Had bed 2 weeks, but very happy I didn't pay $2000 for a name brand memory foam.
