Zinus Night Therapy Sleep Pillowtop is very soft, sensous, and silky! That’s the only way to describe it. I was a bit apprehensive when I initially saw it rolled up in shipping. I will say the only adaptation I am having to overcome is the sides when you get out of the bed I seem to slide out. It may be a matter of me breaking it in.

I purchased the Zinus Night Therapy iCoil 12 inches Euro Box Top Spring Queen Mattress set about a week ago and I have slept on it 3 nights so far. I love the softness that this bed combo has to offer, I just can not deal with the heat transfer from the mattress itself. I would suggest to the company to make this mattress a Cooling mattress. Each morning after sleeping on this mattress, I woke up in drenched in sweat.

We replaced a full size bed in our guest room with this queen size bed. We have had the bed less than a month & already had company sleep on it. Both couples said it was a little firmer than what they were used to. We're ok with that since we like a firmer bed ourselves plus it should hold up better in the long run. The bed did not decompress to the entire 12" which is why we gave it 4 stars. We were so surprised to see how really nice this mattress is. Would definitely recommend & would buy again.

This is the third Zinus I have purchased, two for guest rooms and one for my son. EVERYONE who has stayed at our house (and my son) positively comments that they LOVE this mattress and had a great night of sleep. Even two friends who have difficulty sleeping at night! The fact that is was delivered...and so easy to put on the bed and how it opens made it so much easier than buying at a store and paying delivery fees. I did need someone with bigger muscles than mine to take up up a flight of stairs. But I was able to angle it onto the bed frame and open it myself. Being a person who sews clothes since I was in 5th grade (now 63) I can attest to the quality fabric and substantial stitching on this product. The price is low if you consider the quality of product. Thanks Sam's for carrying this product.

This mattress is not 12 Inches. It is only 10 Inches. At first I thought it just needed to fully expand but it's been 16 days and it has not changed. It is still only 10 Inches thick. It may be that the wrong one was shipped but if that is not what happened then this mattress is not what I expected.

I bought this for a guest room after my kids moved out. We replaced bunk beds with a queen and it was easy to set up and is very comfortable to sleep on. took a bit to get use to it as it's a different feel from the traditional bed. We're considering buying a king for another room.

We bought this because I hated my old mattress but didn't have the money for a regularly priced one. My hubby and I are both very happy with it. Plus, it is super exciting/frightening to open a dehydrated mattress! FYI, it is a much lower profile than the "nicer", much more expensive mattress we used to have. I have herniated multiple discs in my back and I sleep better now than I have in a long time!

My son in college got one two years ago, and he said it's the most comfortable mattress he's ever slept on. My daughter needed one this year at college, too, so we bought her one. For the money and the convenience of having it shipped to right where they need it, it's the best mattress purchase ever! Plus, they love it! My husband and I have a "number" bed, and we've joked about getting one of these- if that tells you anything.... Buy it. You won't be sorry.

At first I thought it was a mattress topper because of the compactness of the box. Was amazed when I opened and a whole mattress bloomed out of the roll. My guests tell me this is an awesome sleep. Highly recommend. Considering purchasing a second for my other spare bedroom.

I personally would not buy this one (ever...). I cannot sleep. It's way too firm for me. I had a foam mattress, and then a box springs and regular coil mattress. They were both more comfortable. I feel like I am sleeping on the floor... I am not sure what to do at this point (as I've already bought it and it's in my home!)
