This has been my go-to test for over 2 years now. I find it very easy to use & accurate. There are a lot of options for free test kits, but I prefer to support an American manufacturer. Negative or Positive, this test has never been wrong. I highly recommend it.

We had 2 infections in our families (separate households) and the tests detected both positive results. Went to Vegas for about 4 days with my 2 kids and my sister and her 2 kids. My niece and I came back to Austin with chest pain and a cough. My 2 kids and my niece went to Freemont 2 nights before, and the wind picked up really strong, kicking up a lot of dust. I didn't feel bad, just had the annoying cough. We complained about it over the weekend, then my nephew (who was no on Freemont) got a sore throat and fever. I picked up one of these bad boys, tested myself, got a negative result. After 3 more days of feeling worse, went to the doctor, got a "real" Covid test (negative) and was diagnosed with bronchitis, likely from the dust in Vegas. Told my sister about the at-home test. Sister got 2 to test all 3 of them (leaving 1 unused test). She and my niece were negative, and nephew was positive. The doctor later confirmed the positive result for my nephew. Step-dad started feeling sick. Since my nephew had been at their house, my mom used my sister's last test on my step dad. Positive result was received. Doctor later confirmed positive result. HIGHLY recommend this test.

I used this after traveling out of the country. Yes you have to have a negative results to be allowed back into the states. However after you get home you’re not sure if you were in direct contact or not. There was a couple that tested positive at the resort I was staying at. So I took a test before coming into the house and then one every 3 days for a week. They all came back negative! This just gave me the peace of mind that I needed especially having young children that cannot be vaccinated yet. I am vaccinated and know that I can still get COVID as well. This was confirmation that I was being safe while on vacation!

Reasonably priced. Gave them out family members prior to arrival for Christmas and New Years celebration at my home. Surprisingly, several members tested positive and canceled their visit. They followed up with PCR and results were positive. Safely is paramount.

We're a family of 6 in our household (4 young kids) at the moment with more family close by. I initially bought a couple packs when they first came out just to have on hand. Once cold season rolled around, and the kids were exposed to others in school, those first two boxes disappeared quickly. I had to wait for more stock. Obviously they work fairly well if done correctly. It's the fact that a member (I'm a Plus member and paid $100 for my membership) is limited in the number of tests they can purchase. In a lifetime! And it's under 10! The product is great though.

I first used the Abbott Covid test kit back in AUG when I was traveling to SPAIN. That Is How I found out about this brand and the home kit testing option. There is always a chance to have false positive. But as far as I know this is the one of the best option we can have by far if there is no apptointment avail at your local pharmacy for days. I have a college kid at home, and I know is a fact that most of time they seek for covid testing around school area, there is no appointments available for days. I got her this rapid testing and a saliva pcr kit at school just in case

I have bought about 8 kits in the last 6 months and all have been very accurate. The reason I say that is half the time we followed up with a doctor the next and showed the same result as the home test. SAMs has the best price $14 for a package with 2 test. In the last several weeks you cannot find test anywhere online or stores. January 22 2022

We used these after the recommended number of days to test after a known positive contact when we were not experiencing symptoms. Just fyi I haven't had a positive case to test how accurate the positive result is but our negative tests were confirmed negative later (we apparently just had allergies later) with a negative pcr. So if you follow the storage recommendations and follow all directions for testing, it was able to accurately give us a negative result. Incase you don't already know by now pcr tests can show a positive before the most accurate rapid test will, it has to do with the extra time with the pcr and the number of cells. As far as at home testing goes I do feel like this one is relatively accurate.

Ordered the BinaxNOW test thinking it would be an acceptable test for re-entry into the US. Unfortunately it is NOT. Cannot attest to it's reliability, however the Abbott's test for International travel is the only one approved by my carrier for re-entry.

I needed a Covid-19 home test kit for upcoming trip and got several of these Covid-19 home test kits. There are 2 self test sets in each box. It's a little different than some of the other Covid-19 test kits out there I have used in recent months. However, it's still a 15 minute wait and see method of if you have Covid-19 or not. Overall, I would rate this 4 of 5 stars and for the most part, it's pretty easy to use, but you have a few extra steps you need to complete when using this Covid-19 tester compared to others.
