These grilled bites are good and are perfect for a quick meal or snack. 4 stars because every now and then you get a piece that is more gristle than meat.

We've heated these up both in the air fryer and in the microwave. Prefer the air fryer, but they're good either way. Better than similar brand name products that we've tried. No rubbery bits; it all had a good texture and flavor.

My husband LOVES these bites for lunch in his golf bag. He’s diabetic, so the hotdog and chips on the turn is out. They are high protein, and low calorie. Good for everyone. You can eat them on a keto diet too.
