Great for a quick protein . Only downside for me is high salt content

I’ve purchased this product many times before and it usually tasted quite good. However, the last couple of times have been extremely disappointing. The taste was terrible—it seemed old, possibly even spoiled, and had a strong odor, almost as if it had been left out too long before freezing or thawed and refrozen multiple times. It was also rock hard, like a brick. I won’t be purchasing this product again—not just because of the unpleasant taste and smell, but due to serious concerns about food safety. PS: I just tossed out the remaining product for my own well being.!!!

These were ok until I got to the middle of the bag. The were molded. Not just a little. A lot. I’ll pass. They were nothing great.

texture is kind of mushy and flavor just isn't great they are too salty also. I will try them in the air fryer and see if it helps
