Great sized tuna steaks for grilling!

Perfectly sized tuna steaks ideal for outdoor grilling. Marinate in olive oil for one hour then 3 minutes per side on hot grill... delicious!

Great tasting!

This tuna is packaged so well and so fresh tasting. Enjoy the taste, texture, and how it is packaged so you can just take out of freezer what you need.

Tasty

It's a bit pricey as all seafood is but it was tasty. I like to have mine fried so I sliced it in half since it's a bit too thick. But if you like sashimi (raw) then it's fine the way it is, just have to slice it to your taste.

Great item

This is an amazing item but they need to have it at all stores…. Sad that you go to one store and they do not have it and you have to travel further out to purchase it. With gas prices going up.

Use This For Seared Ahi - Over Rice, or Salad

This is the perfect fish for seared ahi. Because it's wild caught, I feel good about serving the sto my family, and it makes for a quick, nutritious meal.

Easy, Fast, Weeknight meal

Great individually sealed Ahi steaks! some are smaller but most are same size. We thaw in some water in the plastic, remove, rinse & pat dry. Sprinkle with some Kosher Salt & a little pepper. We use one pan for asparagus in EVO and get them almost done, then sear fish with Ghee & EVO at about medium heat until the raw sides barely start to change color, then promptly remove & pour the drippings over the fish. MMMMMM. We like to cut with a steak knife against the grain and enjoy with a green side & a loaded salad with a mushroom vinaigrette.

Contents do not weigh 32oz.

Very disappointed, when I weighed the filets trying to split equally over 2 meals, the total weight WITH the individual filet packages, was only 28.7 Oz, not 32 Oz. I would assume the actial meat would be 32 Oz, not including packaging. The Tuna was fresh and tasted great, but was not of the weight claimed on the package.

And another one..

Seared Ahi anyone? This just makes me so happy. I've said this before on the Members Mark Salmon and I will say it on this ahi.. I wont buy ahi anywhere else. I love searing it and slicing it up for a sesame ginger salad, grilling it with some veggies sitting on a bed of fluffy rice. Delish!

terrific tuna

So far, these tuna steaks have been great. Quite impressive for frozen fish in fact. I thaw them in some room temperature water, but not all the way. You don't want them cooked all the way through or else they won't be as flavorful. I salt and pepper them and throw them into a heated frying pan with some olive oil. They don't take long to cook and are delicious.
