We cooked these on the grill at my brothers this evening and they are fabulous. Used very little seasoning and the flavor was tremendous. You get 4 steaks per pack but you could easily feed 8 people with as much as you get.

These are just kind of mediocre. The texture is off-putting and they don't taste like much. I would spend a few more dollars for the salmon from the same range

Appreciate that they were vacuum sealed for multiple meal options. Great size and value.

They are flavorful and tender but really, really small.
