These are individual packages of salmon which keeps them fresh frozen. The quality is very good and the meat is delicious.

These tuna steaks are high quality & taste great! Sear in sesame oil w/ salt & cracked pepper or steak seasoning. Eat w/ ginger and wasabi.

These steaks are easy to prepare and taste great. My son marinated them with Himalayan sea salt then grilled them. They were tender and tasty!

The only tuna I will by. I like the smaller portion sizes and you can just thaw what you need. Very good quality fish.
