My biggest complaint about the firm mattresses I've tried is that it felt like I was sleeping on the floor! But the Beautyrest mattress is different, it's firm but also cozy! I can lay on it and feel comfortable and that makes a huge difference to me. I definitely feel the support! My back is a fan!

The overall quality and firmness of this mattress is amazing. It is actually extra firm, so if you love your mattress very firm, this would be a great mattress for you. I think having a firm mattress is nice because it helps me sleep better at night and have such a great quality sleep. I hate waking up with a backache, and while I was sleeping on this mattress, I didn't have any issues with any pain. I actually work up very well rested. Both my husband and I were having back/neck issues and trouble sleeping but didn’t make the connection. After getting this mattress that all changed! I was afraid the mattress was going to be too firm and for the first couple of nights it did feel that way. Around the third night of sleeping on it though it was perfect! It has the right amount of firmness that my back and neck needs! I sleep soundly now and my back and neck aren’t achy anymore. My husband doesn’t toss and turn all night either! If only we had gotten this mattress sooner!!

This mattress is firm but not rock hard; it's a great balance. It is also a very thick/deep mattress, so make sure your sheets are deep or they might not fit. Another great feature is that it has handles on the sides for easy moving. I received this item for free in exchange for my review.

My husband tosses and turns sometimes at night, which then wakes me,but having the firmness of the mattress, I didn't feel him move. I got a better night's sleep, although he's not too big on the extra firm. we both like the mattress and would recommend it to others. Very nice not cheaply made mattress good quality material. We would give it a 5 star rating.
