I also pair them with my menstrual cup or tampon through my period to keep that peace of mind in case I have any unexpected leaks. They are nice and thin but still give me the back up I want.

I like that they are longer to have more coverage and underwear protection but yet are still thin when you’re needing less protection. So far they have not bunched up on me but I do wear briefs or underwear with a larger coverage on the bottom so these pads stick well on them. The pads feel soft and are comfortable to wear. I would recommend.
