I honestly tinkle a bit for almost any reason fathomable! Running, jumping, sneezing, laughing, yelling… I’m gonna tinkle. I don’t need a ton of barrier protection so these are perfect. I can get on the treadmill and go and they not only protect, but they stay in place… and they are so thin you can’t even tell you’re wearing them.

Let me tell you ladies they really don’t bunch up! I experience the most bunching of my pads at night time because I don’t sleep with tampons in. These definitely helped me to avoid the nasty leakage that unfortunately comes with a bunched pad.
