They cover the entire area and are sticky all over the back so that there's no worrying about it sleeping or moving. They hold fluids, keep away moisture and do not irritate. I love how the liners stay in place and do not shift or bunch up. The liner stayed in tact while I had it on keeping me protected and dry without any shifts or leaks. I love how super soft the covering of this liner felt keeping me dry. The edge to edge adhesive kept the line attached to the panty without any bunching or shifting. I highly recommend these liners from Always.
