Perfect protection on heavy days with a tampon or by themselves on light days! These are panty liners but they can be used as pads as well. they stick soooo well they don’t move no discomfort & you feel nothing.They will work for light bladder incontinence, too, but I mean light. If you have heavier times, I recommend..

The long size fit well into my underwear and stayed put in the position I placed it. I like to wear this on my less heavy days for extra protection or near the end of my cycle when I do not feel like wearing a tampon or menstrual cup. Easy to store in my purse for emergencies as well.

Although they are not thick and bulky, they are very absorbant and the adhesive really holds them on tight. The fit is comfortable, they do not bunch, fold or move around. no added fragrance means no added potential for irritation down there, and no weird fragrance that clashed with what you might (or might not) be wearing.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was fairly skeptical that these liners could live up to their Anti-Bunch claim but they actually did!! They are great. The liners are nice and long, and stay perfect for hours. They material is soft too. My only complaint is that there's not an obvious spot to peel off the backing. I love them for my super light days or overnight towards the end of my period.
