I have a very heavy flow and I can say without a doubt in my mind that I can wear white as long as this is on. They are just a bit longer than I like because it makes it a bit awkward to fit in my underwear, however once I put it in place it stays put and is comfortable while I’m wearing it. These liners also have good absorbency.

I haven't had any problems with leakage or worse odor. I like the size and how thin they are. I can hardly tell that I'm using them. Plus they are soft so very good for daily use.
