It is long so if it flows out to the front or back its long enough to catch it without running into that time of the month panties. One less stain to worry about. This liner was so comfortable, I honestly forgot I was wearing it! The "anti-bunch" claim is true....there was absolutely no bunching....not even overnight! There was no leakage overnight either, however I did not try this on a "heavy" day.

These pads are very comfy to wear and do all they need to do. As a senior citizen, coming home from shopping is tough. You begin to relax and all of a sudden, you are praying you will make it to the restroom. Thank goodness for the security I am provided with these pads!
