Great for heavy days but light days as well. I recommend these specific pads and this brand for to all my female family and friends

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are great for light weight option, however they don’t come individually wrapped and I didn’t like that. I like to be able to pack a couple just loose in my bag and grab and go and I wasn’t able to do thet with these.

Extra long liners can often have an awkward fit for me, but these were fantastic! I appreciated the extra coverage while also being comfortable. The absorbency was great as well. I will absolutely continue to use these liners in the future!

I can move all around and chase after my kids without having them bunch up. I prefer the liners unscented but they do carry scented ones.

However, whatever chemicals that have been changed/used on the top layer is causing skin issues. I only wore one liner one time and within an hour, redness. Please go all cotton like others. Women's bodies are too sensitive for this.

Always Xtra Protection are the best pantiliners around. I love using this brand. So comfortable to wear. I use them a few days before I expect to start my period so I know I'm protected should my period start early. I also use them when I have a tampon in during my period and also on my light days when my flow is too light to wear a tampon. I know in a few years from now I'm probably going to have to wear pantiliners everyday for protection when I start going into perimenopause since some women say your periods get so irregular and unpredictable during the transition to menopause.
