It covered my underwear very nicely so that I did not have to worry about any bladder leaks. I would totally recommend this product to women with bladder issues.

No irritation whatsoever for the sensitive skin. I wear this after the gym or after my cycle just to be on the safe side and I’m extremely comfortable. When I purchased a large quantity package of these, I looked for "long". These pads certainly do not qualify as long to me. I have purchased other pantiliners that were longer and other Always Products that were classified long and were definitely long. To get the right length, I have to use two pads extending one over the other.
