Nice for the start or end of flow. Easy storage or to take along with. I like the anti-bunch technology. The anti bunch makes it easier to peel off the backing for use.

They are perfect for days when I need a little extra protection with tampons or days when I just need to be fresh. They lay down flat in my panties and don't bunch at all. My only complaint is that it is a little difficult to remove the paper backing from the actual liner. There isn't a clear area of where to grab it.
