Thank you for sharing this with us, and we are sorry to hear this! There's nothing more important to us than the quality of our products, which is why they go through strict quality checks to ensure they reach you in perfect condition! Always Anti-Bunch Xtra Protection Daily Long liners are designed with Anti-Bunch technology and Edge-2-Edge adhesive so you can have peace of mind knowing that you're getting the protection you need. What you have described is not something we would expect, and we never want our Always users to have this kind of experience. It may be helpful to know that Anti-Bunch Xtra Protection liners come in 3 lengths. Regular, Long, and Extra Long. If you prefer having a longer liner to get that extra coverage, we recommend trying our Extra Long length. With your satisfaction meaning everything to us, we'd like to learn more about your purchase and share this with our Quality Team. When you have a chance, please give us a call at (800) 888-3115, 9 am-6 pm EST, Monday-Friday.

We’re so happy you found the right pad for you, Juanita! We never want to frustrate you, and want you to be able to find them. It’s up to retailers what they carry, so we suggest reaching out to the store manager, and letting them know you’d like to see them in stock. We’d love to help you further, please call us at (800) 888-3115.
