Chairs are as advertised. Only one small problem...when they arrived part of the plastic weave was broken/missing on one chair, which left a sharp edge where your legs would go. We decided to not hassle with returning such a large cumbersome object, and filed down the sharp edge. Other than that, they are great chairs.

I got these chairs in and I should have read the description better. I didn’t realize they were all plastic. They still look amazing. Sadly they broke on the first use. The front leg(s) just folded under the wrong way. I believe they are rated for 340lbs and I am well under that. It looked like there was possibly a piece that had broken off which could have kept the legs in place. I could not find that piece though. I hope everyone else has better luck with them but I will return these and hopefully get another set and try again or an entirely different set. I hope this helps someone.

Purchased these to have around the pool for additional guests and they were cheap so I thought it would be a sound purchase. My husband and I just opened the pool and sat down to check them out for the first time, his chair arm that holds the top part up snapped when he turn and reach for his drink. Mine appears to not fairing well and I assume will not last long. I would have rather spent the $250 on just one chair of better quality.

We have now purchased 2 sets of these 3 different times and they continue to break. Fortunately, they have a 2 year warranty so Sam’s has replaced them each time. Well they have now broken again so we are getting a refund this time. We have given it chance after chance & they do not hold up. We don’t even use them that often. Definitely not durable and not worth the money!!

I've had these for a few years. Both chairs broke within the first few uses. The legs collapse because the entire construction is plastic. Plastic gets pliable when it's hot and these get seriously hot in the sun. You cannot use them without a towel or cushions. Otherwise you'll burn yourself.

I received this as a gift from my kids 3 or 4 years ago. It has held up well and stays out unprotected all summer long (MN). No mold, no rust, no sagging. Material does get hot but not burning like metal. I am 45 and 115 lbs, it is heavy but I can pick it up to move as needed. Comfy to sit up to read, lay down flat, or in between. It has faded a lot on the surface so looks worn but I put a towel down to soak up some sun and it doesn't bother me. My husband is 6ft and wishes it were longer to be comfortable for his size. My kids and I race to see who gets to the chair first so I intend to purchase 4 more this summer! 2 pack for $200 is a good buy.

I bought these chairs but when they arrived they were broke. I was disappointed but the return process went very well. I received the new chairs in just 2 days. They were perfect. They seem very sturdy and well made. They are comfortable but with a cushion. They are wider than others which I thought was nice. The only thing I think they should have considered was to make it so you could tie down your cushions otherwise a great addition to our patio!

Based on positive reviews, I bought these chairs. They are beautiful, classic-looking chairs but all members of my family (5 of us) found them very uncomfortable. I thought about getting cushions for them, but cushions don't come in the shape of the chairs, plus I didn't want to spend any more money on them. Also, they are very heavy and awkward to move/store. Should have known better not to buy chairs online. (you need to be able to try them out!). Sam's was great about me returning them after 2 months--it was just a pain to load them and take them to Sams' Club store.

Got my chairs later than expected, And first time to sit in chair the back legs snapped off one of the chairs, I weigh 170, Was there a weigh limit,? I called the company to see if replacement leg could be had, They said sorry your chair broke return it to SAM"S REALLY...

Exactly what we were looking for. The loungers are substantial pieces. They are wide and pretty comfortable considering they are solid plastic. You could add cushions to make it softer. Our first order didn't make it to us because it apparently was damaged during shipping. When I called to inquire, a new set was sent. Everything we received was fine (we ordered two sets). I saw these exact same chairs on two other websites for almost double the price.
