These loungers have the look of expensive but were very cost efficient. The look is classy and although they are not real wicker they do indeed look good. Wish they were a little more softer but a lounge cushion works well.

The legs have already broken off two of the 6 I bought. They were not being abused either. Just sitting on the end of the lounge will cause the legs to break. Very very poorly made. So not happy.

Second time I received a shipment of this set and yet another broken chair arrived. I’ve been waiting on Keter to respond for almost a week now to send me a replace part. Honesty, at this point I probably won’t be shopping at Sam’s club any more.

Started out nice but a year later after being stored inside they have failed, legs have folded up causing them to fall front legs have borke completelyoff. Would not recommend.

These look very nice and seem sturdy enough. They just are not that comfortable unless you are laying in just 1 position. They would be better if they were just flat but they are curved in such a way that you are forced to sit that way.

Plastic broken where the back and the lounge come together making it difficult to use or change positions. Happened to both chairs fairly quickly after I purchased last year, still stuggling with them because they are too expensive to replace :(

These are awesome chairs. Very sturdy and look and feel very nice. Great quality.
