We've had this for a month and it's a blast! I use it daily for exercise and the grand kids give it a great work out when they are here. It is sturdy and most importantly we feel safe on it while having fun! Pay attention to the instructions when applying the net, my husband had a do over when he started the net enclosure in the wrong spot, other than that, set up went smoothly.

This is our second trampoline from this company. First off, their customer service is terrible. The first trampoline was missing parts, even after many attempts, they never responded. The first trampoline bought three years ago under the same heading as this one was built much stronger. The uprights were strong and the whole setup was solid. The only thing was the jumping pad has metal anchors that the springs connect to. These over time will rust and the springs will fall off one by one. The cost to replace the jumping pad and the spring cover that the Florida sun kills was about what I paid for a complete new trampoline. Thinking it was the same company, same size it would be like the one from a few years ago. I was wrong. I promise you it is so very cheaply made. They have really scaled back the quality on this unit. It's been up since January and already from my 7yr and 10yr the uprights are bending in towards the center. When you try and bend them back, the metal splits. Complete junk. Stay clear, spend your money on a better unit if you want more use out of it.

We bought this exact trampoline for our kids in March of 2025 we put it together that May by July 3 of the poles were broke because of the slam dunk ball thing pulls on the poles which are very cheap Aluminum and they bent and cracked at the bend and too replace the poles cost almost as much as the trampoline so now it just sits there not getting used because it not safe.

WORST trampoline!! Do not buy. I bought the “best” one and the side beams that hold the net are GARBAGE. The trampoline itself is fine, but there is **no stairs** AND the side bars that hold up the net are the cheapest quality metal sides you've ever heard of. If they made the sidebars with the same metal they used on the base, there would be no issue. Zero windstorms or misuse and the side bars have bent and eventually broken off one by one since week 2 of use and are sharply dangerous. Now the trampoline is unusable because half of the siding is collapsed. Absolutely an accident waiting to happen!! DO NOT BUY!!! Returning it this week.
