The way they are engineering these new ones makes me wish I still had the one I purchase from Sam's Club 7 years ago. Beware that the safety net can separate from the jump mat and you'll have kids get injured. All four of our kids have hurt their feet falling through and getting tangled up in the spring and sharp hook on spring.

My son and his friends have spent lots of time on the trampoline since we purchased it. Well worth the money.

Really wonderful trampoline. Pretty safe compared to trampolines of the past. The foam that wraps around safely net poles is pretty fragile but overall this is a great product. The assembly instructions were even a little humorous.

Ordered this trampoline a month ago, received 2 of the same box. Trying to return it was a nightmare. Spoke with 3 different people about trying to get the right box. Told me it would be 2 weeks to get a new one. That one got lost in transit. I still don't have a trampoline. I will never order online from them again.
