Trampoline itself is very nice but the process of actually receiving the correct trampoline was a horrible experience. We were originally sent the incorrect boxes and dealing with the Sam's club online customer service number was ridiculous. Call wait times were very long and each customer service representative we spoke to would tell us everything was all set and would end up messing something else up. Our 2nd trampoline was returned to the actual store despite the online representative arguing that it was not possible to return in the store and I would have to take a very heavy item back home again. The manager at Sam's club helped out and allowed us to return the item. Looking back, I would still get the trampoline, just not through Sam's club online. I originally attempted to complain but after asking to speak to a manager, my phone call was suddenly disconnected.

Trampoline is fine ! Bought this one with the extras cus it was the best price. Don't buy it if you want to use the basketball !
