Purchased a few weeks ago. This was a replacement for one destroyed in a hurricane. We've been very happy so far.

After very light use, the pole started snapping from the base and completely bent. Soon they going to cut from the base

Poor quality. The zipper got broke the first day, the net does not secure correctly on the top for every pole.

1st night up a net pole snapped at the base. Skywalker finally replaced but I have to keep replacing the poles because they bend and snap so easily. Skywalker Trampolines are not Worth the money if you have to replace poles every few months!

If you need replacement parts good luck. I tried for two months contacting this company to provide a replacement pole and still have yet to receive a response or call.
