Like a lot of other reviews, the poles on this trampoline set are weak and eventually bend inward making the net floppy and somewhat useless. The poles are weakest where the square part meets the round part and they eventually cave in from the kids pushing and pulling on the net. Something they should be able to do without fear of breaking it. It bounces nice and my daughter really enjoyed it for the 2 years we've had it but sadly it has to go. With the poles bending more each time she plays on it and the safety net trying to cave in I just don't feel it's that safe for her play on anymore. This is my first experience with Skywalker products and I must say I'm not all that impressed. Their customer was helpful with a few missing parts when we first got it but aside from that this trampoline is trash.

Is there any way i can get the net pole replacemnt parts they all has bent inward toward the Trembling I guess when the wind blows the net it pulls the Pole's inward so they have the infant and some has broken and I will not let my grandkids own the trampoline without a net on it

I wanted to love this trampoline so much, but I just can't. It lasted a few months before the poles caved in. I had it replaced by Sam's Club, hoping the replacement would be better. It wasn't. My kids got maybe a few months of jumping out of this and now we're looking to buy another. Our first trampoline was Skywalker brand and we had it for years with no issues. Only replaced it because the kids had worn a hole in the jump pad and it was starting to lose springs and get rusty. I wish this one had held up like the first.

We have have had Skywalker trampolines before and they held up well. This one we have had for less than 1 yr and the pole that holds up the net bent. Not due to excessive force as I only have small children and I have strict rules about not hanging on the net, etc. I am waiting to hear back if Skywalker will send a replacement pole. I will update my review once I hear back.

During this pandemic with the corona virus I needed something for my 10 year old granddaughter to do at home. It took 2 months to find one because everyone was sold out but when this one popped up at Sam's on line I jumped on it and got one. It came in one week in 2 boxes, everything was there and some family members helped me put it together. The assembly takes about 2 hours but it went very well. The quality was great and the price was very reasonable, I am completely satisfied. I recommend this product.

I received the volleyball net and the damaged ball. I am disgusted by the poor quality.

As of today we have not set up ,but really looking forward to. Skywalker 15' whit. Other games.
