This laptop is absolutely life changing. It has made my work so much more efficient and enjoyable. The Face ID makes it so much easier to access and keeps my children away from my work. The speed and storage is incredible. I will definitely be using this laptop for years to come and highly recommend it to anyone who’s looking for a private, professional and efficient laptop.

Good product, fast, user friendly, This is my 1st HP laptop. My last laptop was Dell it lasted more than 10 years. Hope this last this long.

The best of all worlds with memory, ram, and speed . Can also be used as a tablet with touchscreen and facial recognition. Wife absolutely loves it.

Nice laptop, love touch screen and light weight. Only thing missing is number pad

I have to pick up and set down my laptop dozens of times a day between work and entertainment. However, just about every time I do, the screen flops down, sometimes past horizontal. It's a pain to have to lift up the screen every time I pick it up. Should be a nob on the side to adjust the tension in the screen. Most laptops this size have a numeric keypad. This one doesn't. Just about every time I am in any of the big 3 browsers (MS Edge, Chrome, or Firefox), when I scroll down the page, it freezes. Nothing I can do but wait 4-5 minutes for it to unfreeze on its own. HP support had no suggestions/fixes. Wanted to transfer me to their paid support on a laptop that was just a few days old. And for the hinge, they wanted me to ship it back to them so they could tighten it. I pointed out that I would have to remove all of my personal stuff and then reinstall it after. They said that wasn't necessary, but I feel it would be. Shouldn't have to be without my laptop for even a week when it's brand new.

I learned after a couple of months into using this computer I needed more RAM to run a CNC program. When I went to upgrade the RAM, I learned the RAM I was upgrading from was soldered into the motherboard. Other than this, I can still design a carve, but I have to send the design to another computer to run the carve. If I had known about the lack of upgrading, I would have bought something else.

I purchase the computer for less than 400 only to find out the display was the last one they did give me 50 off for it being the display model but I had to come back because it needed to factory reset by a third party I drove back to DSM multiple times the first two trips the computer was still on display I returned to pick it up a third time they attempted to give me a different computer after more than 5 days I am told they couldn't get it to reset and said they would refund my money

I bought it at the cash register and then I went to go pick it up at their cage and they did not have it..

I've had this for a whole year and there is one huge problem: HP doesn't offer any technical support even when under warranty!! They only help if there is a need for hardware warranty support. That means if you need help how to DO anything, you are on your own or have to pay them a fee! No good.
