I bought it last year and its amazing. You need to play with the functions to lessen and increase the intensity. I put a pillow shame between the back cover bc its STRONG. That worked perfectly. This chair will stretch your body literally.

For anyone with arthritis, this chair works wonders.

This replaced my old massage chair which I've had for over 20 years. Of course, this chair is leagues and bounds better than what I had. It's a very pretty chair, and it does something my wife does not, and that is a great foot massage. Most days, I'm on my feet. If you're like me, then this chair will definitely make you happy. I highly recommend.
