Bought this chair at the recommendation of a coworker and I love it. I've had lower back problems for so long and using it before bed and in the morning has almost completely relieved my pain. It seemed a little hard to set up at first but was actually easy. Love it!

The massage functions are great. The controls are not intuitive, the voice controller does not respond to my voice and the manual is very difficult to read and understand.

I wish back roller is not too strong. I had to use a blanket on the area. Neck and shoulder works great which was my biggest concern. Highly recommended!

Purchased this as a gift for my mom, who is blind. The voice activated feature is nice but limited. The foot massage is AMAZING!. The lower back massage is too rough and we can't seem to find where this setting can be adjusted. PROS: Voice control Foot Massage Lots of preset massage options Cozy Turn dial for precision position Air massage Cons: Back massage is too intense (unbearable) Seat does not return to the starting position automatically when massage ends Owners manual is not very helpful and some of the buttons on the chair are not intuitive.

Chair fits comfortably at 6 ft 200lbs. Massage programs give various options for a great therapy experience. Voice control is a nice feature. Good Chair compared to previous Chair I had for 12 years.

We've had the chair less than a month. It's not comfortable for me as the back and neck features are actually painful for me. My husband uses it a couple of times a day and likes it, but he did have to put a pillow in the back of the chair to lessen the intensity. Today the foot massage part of the chair started making an annoying squeak when it was in use. I'm waiting for a response as to whether or not this can be easily remedied, or if we're stuck with the noise for the life of the chair. I bought it for my husband, so I'm happy he seems to enjoy it. Notable: I'm 5'6 & he's 6'2, both average weight.

Massage functions are great. The leg heating is practically non-existent. Delivery was great and early. My biggest issue is that you have to turn off the main power behind the chair between usage otherwise it randomly speaks and turns on on its own which is a safety concern when it's moving the foot base up and down un-instructed around kids and pets.

Shipping & customer service was terrible. After repeated calls and supposed escalation I demanded to speak to a supervisor. Finally after he checked the order I got an email from freight company. My massage chair was supposed to arrive 12/8. It finally got shipped on 12/8! Don't know if the chair is good or not! Sam's still hasn't updated the order status on their side.

I order the massage chair through Sam's Club online on late November 2023. After placing an order, I noticed the sale tax was calculated based on the original price in lieu of purchase price after saving. I immediately called customer service and got an explanation that the instant saving amount is credit back to Sam's Club as a credit, but the tax would be based on the original price, which was completely nonsense to me. Then, The original delivery date was Dec 05, 2023. On the morning of delivery date, I got a call from Sam indicating new delivery day is Dec 13, 2023. IF YOU KNOW YOU ARE LATE, CALL ME AHEAD OF TIME SO I DO NOT TAKE DAY OFF. When it was delivered, the service man just thrown 200 lb box inside the living room without opening for inspection. It was so rude delivery I ever had. When I called Sam's Customer Service, it even worse. I called twice, the first time, they let me waiting on the line for 40 min then just hung up. Second time, other CS sounded like everything was my fault and they did not have to open the box and she even indicated that if return because of unreasonable problem, they may not accept the return. BOTTOM LINE, THIS IS THE FIRST TIME I BOUGHT SOMETHING BIG FROM SAM CLUB AND IT ALSO THE LAST TIME. NOT BECAUSE THE PRODUCT ITSELF, BUT BECAUSE THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS WORSE AND DISRESPECT THEIR CUSTOMER. - The quality of the chair is so poor and not comfortable at all. There is no support in the middle of your back, therefore, all pressure of your weight exhibit on 2 lower back side. After 30 min, my back hurt so bad. - The roller is located at the head. So, when it is finish massaging, 2 rollers will push the head up and make it so uncomfortable. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT AT ALL DUE TO CUSTOMER SERVICE AND QUALITY ITSELF
