I love this product, but for the life of me, I can not get the pump to come up in order to dispense the product. I turn the plunger in the direction on the top, but it does not release even with pulling up or pushing down while turning. Any suggestions???

It makes my skin feel so silky and soft and look very hydrated. I also like that I can use this lotion on my kids sensitive skin. So far they have had no negative reaction to any of Lubriderms lotions. I would definitely continue to use this in myself and my family.

I hate the new formula. Poor rating on yuka app too. I've been using lubriderm for over 35 years and now I have to find a new lotion because I hate the new formula. I'm so sad, I've been looking for months and can't find anything I like. The new formula is yuck
