I love this product, but for the life of me, I can not get the pump to come up in order to dispense the product. I turn the plunger in the direction on the top, but it does not release even with pulling up or pushing down while turning. Any suggestions???

I've been a looooong time Lubriderm user, and picked up a new bottle without looking close enough. Then I notice all this pilling on my skin soon thereafter, it's terrible! While I see some people like the new formula, and more than likely you're not changing back to previous version, can you please give us guidance as to which ingredient is causing the pilling, so we can steer away from it? I'm sorry, I've purchased the new formula twice, but cannot continue using it, it's just awful.

I usually buy the maroon label but I decided to give this a try and it is not the same. This does not moisturize at all. It feels like applying hand sanitizer, not creamy at all. I prefer the one with the maroon label. That one is super moisturizing.

I used to go out of my way to find lubriderm because it was the only lotion that truly felt lightweight, non-greasy, and absorbed quickly. All things that the new formulation has ruined. Now it feels noticeably thicker, takes a long time to rub in and feels tacky. Old formula was perfect and now it's made me have to search for an alternative brand.
