Very neutral to no smell, soaks in quickly and seemed to last about 12 hours when used alone. It should be disclosed that I have very dry skin and live in a dry climate so applying lotion twice a day is pretty much the norm for me. I like to layer products after a shower so this also makes a great base layer before applying heavier products like body butters or oils.

It is also effective as advertised, my skin was dry and cracking and after 2-3 days of use my skin is looking healthy again.
