I have been a loyal user of Lubriderm for decades. It was always my 'go to' face lotion, but this new formula does NOT work for me. It's too thick and leaves a residue. Please bring back the old formula!

I could not open the pump so that it worked on either bottle I bought, so that finally the top broke off. Either give instructions or make it easier to use! Now it is dripping over everything. Pathetic!
