it doesn't come with the Spicket knobs

This makes no sense at all but I confirmed with customer service at the local nw maize store. I viewed this online but knew they were in store, i purchased in the store and they charge 40 more for the same item. The said they don't match prices of their own online products. I said so i have to bring it back and order online. no shipping as plus member. Terrible.

Plastic threads stripped with brass spigots on 3 of 4 threads. No instructions about overflow. Going to have to fix it somehow.

This is a great barrel. I want to mention the price difference between store and on-line is due to the diverter set that comes with the store. Online item will not have the diverter. It will cost you close to $40 or more.

Good product

We got 3 good years out of this rain barrel. It worked well after we made a couple modifications. 1. Added some small drainage holes near the top because during heavy rains the water would gush out the front creating a gulley in the yard. 2. Added sealant around the spigots We had a pretty wet spring and it started bowing in the back, eventually cracking. I do think it should have held up longer and I see that a similarly designed one sold by Sams has had complaints about bowing. So, it could be a design issue. I selected this model for the two spigots and really appreciated this option. It was a decent rain barrel for the price, wish I could've gotten a couple more years out of it.
