[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I would absolutely recommend this product to anyone with wood or tile flooring- it was easy to use and fast to set up. I really like how the clean water is set apart from the soiled water so I’m not dumping dirty water back into the floor. I’m 7 months pregnant and the system was really easy for me to use- the mop was light and easy to maneuver around and the bucket was also lightweight and easy for me to lift. I’m sure I will be using this system a LOT when the baby gets here! Definitely an upgrade to the traditional old mop and bucket system, 5 stars!

It was a little difficult to get the spinning figured out. The pictures in the directions did not help much. It worked good in keeping the water clean and separate I liked that part about it. It gets in all the nooks and crannies. But it was supposed to light up to show ready for use and it never did. Overall it was okay, I cannot say that I recommend due to being difficult to figure out.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve never used any sort of spin mop, I’m a steam mop girly, but this mop was awesome! I love it so much. Even my son (5) was begging to use it. There are so many features that I love like the easy fill spot, and the drain but the star of the show is the way the bucket is designed to keep the dirty and clean water separate. I also love that there is a brush attached to the bucket where it spins so that it gets all the hair/lint/debris out of the mop pad. 10/10 would recommend

I have two St. Berdoodles who love the outdoors, and would leave muddy paw prints just about every time they came into the house. The True & Tidy Spin mop has saved this Mom’s last nerve. It’s affordable, easy to use, and leaves the floors sanitized and CLEAN! Thank you for an amazing product!

I think the concept is brilliant but the execution itself not so much. It was pretty confusing to understand the function of it. So if its confusing for a 30 year old an older person or non English speaking person will understand it. I love the color as well. I will use it but I don’t think I will keep up with it for long. It left lots of wet streaks and didn’t really absorb the water off the floor. There are better products in the market with a simpler concept

It was very easy to set up and figure out how to use as well. The guide was helpful and this mop is easy to carry around. The handle on it was great for bringing between my tile and carpet areas! Very glad to have it and it will definitely last me a while

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was sent the True and Tidy SPIN-800 True Clean Mop and Bucket system in exchange for my review. When first opening the box, it seemed a little overwhelming with all the different pieces. But with a quick glance over the manual, I was able to figure out what I needed to do to start using it right away. The handles screw together very easily and in a few seconds you have your mop put together. Then I filled the bucket with water, which can be done directly in the clear plastic holder in the center of the bucket or through the little funnel on the side. Either way is very simple. To begin, you release the clasp on the mop so you can pump and spin the mop in the bucket in order to soak it with water. The mophead itself is a soft fabric and glides easily on a wood or tile floor. I was able to mop a large area before needing to put it back in the bucket and spin it again. When you do spin it, it separates the dirty water in the outer edge of the bucket and pumps clean water into the mop from the inside container. I noticed when spinning it splashes water outside of the bucket because you have to pump it so fast but that's not such a big deal if you're still mopping that area. I think this mop and bucket system would be good for wide areas where you are not close to a sink. I live in a house with a lot of wood floors so this does save a lot of trips to the laundry room sink and allows you to mop the whole house very quickly.

This product is lightweight but is also strong and can handle heavy duty cleaning. Well constructed. I bought this because I needed a friendly alternative to a similar product that I find awkward and cumbersome (it uses a conventional mop-head with a spin/wring pedal). I didn't know what to expect with the True Clean Mop and have to say I am so incredibly HAPPY to have it. It is a product that is durable, has ease of use, requires minimal storage space, and it actually provides outstanding results. Let 's face it -- cleaning floors is hard work that isn't enjoying at all. None of us need gadget products that either don't work or leave streaks and make the job harder. This True Clean Mop is obviously an idea conceived and produced by women!! Kudos to all of you for this genius product. I couldn't be more satisfied and am so happy to provide this rating so that others may benefit from making this their choice. It truly makes a difficult job easy!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this SPIN-800 True Clean Mop and Bucket System and it was very easy to assemble. I like that I can clean and rinse the mop in the same bucket and not have to get my hands in the dirty water. I also love that it keeps the dirty and clean water separately. I do wish the bucket was bigger and would hold more water. The mop is different from any kind I have ever used and I have been happy with how good it cleans my floors. There is a fill hole on the bucket where you pour in the water and floor cleaner. The bucket has a brush that spins to clean the pads and there is a drain plug to dispose of the water when you are done. It comes with 2 mop pads and they can also be washed in your washing machine. The mop handle has a clip that you will need to flip and then you will need pump the handle up and down to start it to spinning. The mop is safe to use on multiple floor types such as tile, wood, vinyl and more. The mop did a good job with cleaning my floors.
