Happy with Purchase

Wanted something for my grandchildren to grow with. We have a smaller swingset that my 3 year old grandson was getting too big for. Researched many swingsets, the sturdiness and $300 off helped to make my decision. So far, very happy with the purchase and it looks great in my yard.

Fun climbing wall

We bought this last summer for our kids ages five, four, and almost two. They love to play on it but it makes me nervous to have the two-year-old climb up the ladder. It's a little bit dangerous for small kids but I think once the kids get a little bit older it will get hours and hours of use. It lasted great through our Utah winter, and we're excited for spring so we can start playing.

Slide and ladder are poor design

We bought our playground in 2018 and it only roll our kids going up ladder and down slide one time to see how poor design it was. Clearly, they did not have kids test it. The slide has a bump in middle that causes a very uncomfortable ride down and can’t understand why it is there. Honestly, it is painful to watch my kids go down. Now the ladder is also slanted in a way for kids to easily fall through. Look at others reviews/pictures to see how they had to secure with different material. All they needed was kids to test it before they manufactured this in mass. Little changes could go a long way for this set.

We are sorry you have not had a good experience. All of our playsets meet ASTM safety standards. However, As with any playground equipment, proper precautions should be observed. On-site adult supervision should be provided at all times. To prevent entanglement and strangulation, dress children appropriately, using well-fitting shoes and avoiding ponchos, scarves, jackets with neck drawstrings, and other loose-fitting clothing that is potentially hazardous while using equipment. Beautiful and unique set that was easier to assemble than you think.

For a long time my Mother has wanted to add a play set to her yard for her grandchildren. She eventually chose this set based on the design and price. I was tasked with the assembly. Now, this is a big set so the manual was quite long. The manual was surprisingly clear on how every thing went together, which made the task seem much less daunting. You definitely need at least 2 sets of hands to assemble most of the unit. That's a bit of a hassle, but completely understandable. The assembly took the better part of Saturday, but it all went pretty smooth. The set looks great! It's almost whimsical. It makes you feel like you're in a castle. My nieces and nephews absolutely love it! The deck and rock climbing walls were a huge hit. I would highly recommend this set. Some sets are just too big and gaudy. This thing is just beautiful.

quality playset built to last

After numerous cheap metal swing sets and then wooden set that did not last five years I stopped being cheap and got this set for my three kids. I put it together by myself 5 hours the first day and another five hours the second day. It took some ingenuity. I had a friend help me lift the roof up onto the top and thats it. Kids love it. Money well spent.

Well Built Playground!

My husband and I purchased this set for our too grandboys . We had it delivered to their home . Lots of communication from shipping company so we knew when it would be delivered . ( someone had to be there to receive it). It is quality built and will be enjoyed for many years to come. We would definitely buy again. Be patient read and reread instructions. Twice I thought they gave us wrong hardware but I was wrong. And had used some incorrectly. But it was easy to fix. Every nut and screw were included , nothing missing. It's not hard but best done without little ones in the mix . Lol. Boys are 2 and 4, somethings like monkey bars are just a wee bit beyond them. But it's a challenge and they love it.

It looks great, but a nightmare to assemble

First of all the set comes in a giant wooden crate, we now need to dispose of. Most of the holes don’t align, so a step that should take 5 minutes can take over an hour. Then there is a step where you need o drill through metal. I don’t have a drill strong enough to do that. We’re Pretty much over building this thing and my poor kids are heartbroken. I don’t know if we got faulty parts or what, but this does not take 8 hours to build. We’ve spent our entire weekend on this and we haven’t even gotten the roof on the tower on. Nightmare!

Neighborhood hit

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have had this for a couple years now, our kids love it and so had every kid that's been to the house! Much easier to assemble than wood sets I've done in the past. One thing that I've noticed, is with the slope of the ladder, smaller kids who have climbed the it for the first time, freak out at the top trying to get across the gap from the last rung into the clubhouse. An additional rung at the top would solve that, and I've debated buying one and drilling my own holes to add one. Also wish they sold matching touch up paint for the metal pieces. Still, overall, we love it and highly recommend

Outstanding! With a few recommendations -

Overall great experience thus far; very well made, came a little scratched up on some of the large plastic parts (shipping damage) but fully functional. Seems very solid, kids love it, and I'm hopeful it will last many years in the hot/humid NC climate! Few thoughts / recommendations: - Would be handy if the instructions included links or recommendations for installation on a non-level yard. Mine had about a 13" drop at an angle over the distance from tower to end of monkey bars. - please include measurements of actual structure in the instructions - it includes recommended boundary, but not the structure. Would be useful for folks like me who need to lay out the exact location of the tower & monkey bar poles in order to dig them in for a not-level surface. - Instructions were otherwise excellent with one exception: would be helpful to explicitly identify the swing bar attachment pole (the one with the warning label) on the instruction graphics. This gives a good visual anchor point when attaching the tower's cross-bracing and various rock wall/etc. panels. I found myself having to remove and re-install some components in other locations because it wasn't initially clear what side of the tower they went on. Other notes: - One reasonably fit/strong person can assemble 95% of this by their lonesome... I needed my wife's help getting the swing bar into place and holding components for the tower roof, but that's about it. - I put a ~8in deep sandpit in the middle of the tower, since I had to dig it in anyways. Seems to work great!

Our kids, and the rest of the neighborhood, love it

We bought this playset in April. I think it has been played on every day since, and most days for many hours. There are a lot of kids in our neighborhood, and many have a playset, but ours is the most popular. We paid for Lifetime to deliver and install the playset and it was worth it because they had it done in only a couple of hours and it is assembled well.
