Rough bread

I don't know why but about 65% of the uncrustables I buy are rough on one or both sides like the bread is stale. It's been months of this so I know it's just normal for this. But I wish it was soft like some of them are. We buy them anyway but sad that they taste stale sometimes.

Thank you for reaching out, we are sorry to hear about the experience you are having with our Smuckers Grape Uncrustables. We recommend thawing from the freezer for at least an hour for best results, so stale bread on one side does not sound like our quality. We have reached out via email to assist and hope to connect soon!

Stale bread

Was very surprised to find not just one of they but the whole box of I believe 8-10 (already threw out box)the bread was stale. Like I said very surprised, we buy at least a big box weekly usually 2 a strawberry and a grape. The whole family enjoys this product. Heck I eat one every night before bed. Very disappointed.

More inside than regular stores!

I got hooked on these when I was staying at a resort, so I decided to buy some from my local grocery store. I was disappointed, as they seemed to have substantially less filling than I recalled. Then I checked the nutrition facts and it became obvious that they were actually different from what I had. That's when I checked Sam's version out. The calories and other stuff matched what I had at the resort, so apparently there are two versions of these. One that regular retailers get that they skimp on and one that big box stores and food establishments get that has much more inside. I'll keep buying them from Sam's Club going forward, as I don't like the version with less inside as much. Plus you can't beat this price.

These are LARGE sized and over 300 calories each!

Note - these are "Large size" and over 300 calories. They are stuffed so full of peanut butter and jelly it seeps out of the bread as they defrost and trying to eat one is like eating glue. DO NOT LIKE these and will be returning. Wish they sold the 2 ounce sized in a big box instead.

These are a HUGE timesaver

I used to make 3 peanut butter and jelly sandwiches a day for my clan's lunches. Now, I just throw one of these babies in each and Viola! I am done! No mess on the counter, no dirty-ing any dishes, no hassle of running out of bread, jelly or peanut butter! LOVE LOVE LOVE this product. And the sandwiches are good as well!

Confused

I'm confused that the club size package of uncrustables have significantly different macros than the normal uncrustables. Why do you make the club size sandwiches bigger? 320 calories for 1 small sandwich is a little much. I wish you could make the club size with the normal uncrustable macros...the ones that are 210 calories. Makes absolutely no sense?

DISGRACE

I ate this uncrustable last week, and let me tell you, I was NOT happy. Your product des not taste like a real sandwitch. The peanut butter is not chunky enough, and the grape jelly tastes like blackberry jelly, especially after boiling. If you have any respect for peanut butter and jelly enthusiasts, you will support us and fix your uncrustables.

We are sorry to hear you did not have an enjoyable Uncrustables® experience! Your feedback has been forwarded to our team. To ensure the best quality and sandwich-eating experience, your Uncrustables® should remain frozen until use and then thawed for about 30 - 60 minutes at room temperature. We never recommend heating the sandwiches by any means out of concern for consumer safety and product quality. At this time, we do not produce Uncrustables® with a chunky peanut butter flavor, but we will gladly let our team know you would like to see this flavor available.

Fair review

I recently brought a big box of the grape pbj, and the bread on most of them are comparable to a cleaning pad. Rough bread that isn't really soft and unappealing. I usually love to purchase these as a quick meal for my children and myself, but this has me thinking twice.
