Today I bought 3 of these 4' tables to set up at a craft fair. The extendable legs are extremely difficult to adjust for a woman. I watched an online video, and it showed a man & woman on either side of the table in order to extend the legs. It basically takes 2 people situated on one end of the table in order to work the 2 "hard to press buttons", and then to pull up on the table to click into place. I'm considering exchanging them for the 8' tables, but feel they will be too big for me to load & unload from the car by myself, & too bulky for carrying and setting up. I'm very discouraged; I set up all 3 in my house just now - to make sure all mechanisms worked - it took me over an hour to set up 3. I dread seeing how difficult it is to lower the legs, in order to store. PLUS there is only one locking mechanism on only one side of table. Very Poor Engineering. It needs at least one lock on each side, & really also needs a 3rd lock to secure the folding center. I would NOT recommend these.

Great little table, happy to have it. Unfortunately its wobbly which get's irritating at times. Can't figure out why it is. Hope it will not collapse on me. Not sure if a second clip at the fold would stabilize it. Reviews from 10 years ago already mention the table is wobbly. Is there anyone who reads the reviews and could possibly improve this product accordingly?

beautifully packaged. This is the third one that I have purchased. Had to call customer service because I could not get it open. Friendly customer service told me the first time you open it it could be stiff, but just pull it apart. Could not be more satisfied.

Bought this table in store to use for sewing. It doesn’t lay completely flat, it slightly risen in the middle. (Look at ruler in the attached photo.) Maybe I got a bad one not sure. Also while sewing on the table, it will shake/bounce a lot so I guess this is not the right table for that purpose, will be returning. But seems like a good table as far as portability

Poorly designed locking switch (I think there should be one on each underside of the table top) ....that one lock does not function to secure both tops to lock together. I used it once (2) days ago and left it on the patio deck. There was a slight shower overnight and the welding on the legs dripped rust (which certainly did not develop over a few hours). I cleaned the rust splatter and will have to paint over the rusted welding joint. I will admit the table is made from quality materials both on the table and frame/legs construction.

After searching the internet far and wide for an option for my small studio apartment, I decided on this. The fact that I can fold it, and move it when the time comes makes me life a lot easier. It's extremely sturdy and love the fact that I can change it to counter height if I ever decide to get taller stools. Overall, a great buy and zero complaints.

Lifetime originally sent me this table as a warranty replacement for an older similar table. The newly designed table is far superior. I will now redesign my Puppet Show Stage to a more compact version because I can adjust the height of the table to a countertop height. This table is a workhorse, is compact, and looks great. I just ordered a new one so now I'll have two. Uncle John

I was looking for a relatively small footprint table to mount video camera tripods on to get above crowds at concert venues. Needed something solid yet lightweight and easy to carry. The tables wobble much more than I'd like. Trying to figure out a way to install a brace between legs and table top to make it more rigid. Product is fine for most uses. My application is out of the ordinary. Dedicated platforms are too heavy - not easily moved. Might be something to consider as a new Lifetime product line.

The Lifetime 4'Fold in Half Adjustable Table was just what we needed. It folds in half for easy storage and cleanup. The table can also be adjusted to different height levels which makes it perfect for so many things. Good quality table in white granite.

Great table for what I need it for. I can also adjust the height so I can use it standing up or sitting down. It is strong. The only thing I found is it is a little heavy for me. But then again I am a 60 year old woman. For men probably no problem to lift. Other than that, it is a great table for many uses.
