Best table for the value!

I was a bit skeptical but was pleasantly surprise at how functional this table is. Aside from the height adjustment, it is extremely durable and the perfect size for working with my lap top. There's just enough space for paperwork, etc. I love this table also because it folds away and barely takes any space next to my desk.

Very useful

My main dining table is 39" high so all my chairs are made for that height. I had been looking for a 39" high folding table to serve as an extension for my main table for when I invite friends over and it wasn't easy to find. This one is perfect. The adjustable height feature is great and it barely takes any space once folded.

Perfect sized table, but difficult to set up/down

I really love this size table. What I don't love about this one is the difficulty in opening it to set it up and closing it. It is very difficult for one person to do (or maybe it's just me) with the way the legs are designed. If you are leaving it up for a spell, or just using it occasionally then it is awesome in that it has adjustable heights. But for using daily to set up and take down frequently, it is difficult to use.

You Get What You Paid For

The product is pricing really good and the quality looks good, and I couldn't find a better deal for a table like this. The only thing I want to mention is the adjustable height feature. The good thing is that it has 4 slots for height adjustment, while the bad thing is that the table becomes quite unstable on the 36" end - wobble to left/right could be over 1". This is cuased by removal of the central triangle supporter on legs for cost reduction. Buy I get what I paid for. If you don't always use 36" end and if you don't worry about wobble problem, I would highly recommend this one.

Absolutely hate this table

I have two 4' tables, this one and the Maxchief versions Sams Club used to sell. I bought them both for their portability, otherwise, I wouldn't have bought folding tables. I find that the portability in this is lacking so badly that I choose this one whenever I'm setting up a table that I won't be moving for months, like my newborn's bottle making station. However, for work, and in future purchases, I use the Maxchief. The difference is that the Maxchief is easily adjustable in the height, you squeeze the two middle bars together and slide the legs to wherever you need. On this one, I find that I either need to hold the leg down with my foot, squeeze one peg in, apply pressure and hold while I squeeze the other peg in, then slide up one notch....then repeat to go up even higher. Otherwise, I need three hands to accomplish this simple task. The convenience of the Maxchief is even more noticeable when I put the table originally high to put totes and cases on it to setup while standing, and then lower to put my computer and printers on, which I use while sitting. This table I would never be able to do this with. As I said, I bought these tables for portability, otherwise I wouldn't have bought a folding one with adjustable height.

Versatile table

The Lifetime 4'Fold in Half Adjustable Table was just what we needed. It folds in half for easy storage and cleanup. The table can also be adjusted to different height levels which makes it perfect for so many things. Good quality table in white granite.

Unstable table

I found that once the table is unfolded and set up at any height, it quite unstable. It's really odd an engineer would not have allowed for 2 to 3 clips at the fold line to enhance stablility. They even have a place for 2nd clip, but did not add the clip. I would never lean on this table or put much weight on it. I've used it once, so I can't return it. It's not worth the money. I would have been better off getting just a smaller table with no folding for portability and storage.

Awesome value, very functional

This is a great table. Very functional, versatile, easy to transport/carry, easy to store. Has all of the right features - can use as short table for kids, tall table for serving or working while standing, as a dining table or desk, indoors or outdoors. You can't go wrong. It's a tad wobbly side to side, which shouldn't be a problem unless you need a table that doesn't move at all. The top plastic is a tad soft under extreme conditions (can dent if something sharp and heavy stored on or pressed on for extended period) - again, should not be a problem for the average situation. These are great for occasional banquet situations or in an office - we use a bunch together as a big conference table and then separate them for workshops or classroom style. Also use as desks. Love them.

Great test of my flexibility.

Pretty good. Be aware that it may require 2 people to change height of table. One to hold down the nubs on the 2 legs, another to pull the leg longer. I managed to do it crouched on the floor in a way that I could use my shoulder to lengthen the legs as my hands were depressing the nubs. Other than that, thew table is fine.

Not easy to set up alone

I was impressed with the size of this table and the fact that it folded in half and was light weight. When I went to set it up, it was a struggle. It was nearly impossible to do alone and it wasn't secure. It wanted to fold in half even after it was locked in place. I had to take it back but I did find another Lifetime 4 ft adjustable table that I purchased and like very much. Lifetime does make good products and they are well made. This one just bombed on the design.
