Greek yogurt is a healthy food choice that has many yummy options for those wanting to lose weight. A cup had zero points. Mixed with fresh fruit you have a great treat that is quite filling packed with protein.

Great product at an economical price; however often times the container cracks and spills. Now, have to transfer product into another container every time I buy it.

This is great in smoothies. However, to make it taste good by itself, I have to add Jordan’s Skinny syrups—caramel for a dessert; peach for a fruity yogurt. Yummy!

I love this Greek yogurt because of the super high protein content and because you can mix it with so many things. I actually mix it with other flavored yogurt to amp up the protein content. I don’t like eating this plain so that’s what I like doing. I also like mixing with fruit like frozen or fresh blueberries.
