I'm getting close to the end of my 4th consecutive canister and I'm still a fan!

I enjoy my morning shake and feel full till lunchtime. Sometimes I add fruit or probiotics.

Goes into smoothies, oatmeal, yogurt easily. Easy way to up my protein/collagen intake.

I was disappointed that my recent shipment did not blend well with my liquids

I really love Vital Proteins. It's a great product easy to use and no after taste. Very nutritious.

I don't know what I am supposed to feel taking it daily.
