A good collagen supplement- I see improvement with hair and nail growth. The unflavored one is the best to add to coffee and smoothies: doesn’t clump and you virtually can’t taste it’s there.

Love the product but the cardboard container is poor. Since it was shipped it arrived leaking out of the shipping box so the package was refused and had to wait another week for Sam's to ship a replacement

I just started taking this. One 1/4 cup in my morning coffe. I'm hoping it may help with joint pain . so far I seem to have more energy and less cravings. Will update at later time.

This dissolves well & is tasteless- perfect for your morning coffee or tea. After taking for a few weeks now I don’t know that I notice anything outwardly different but I do think I have less joint pain so perhaps this collagen is helping!

A good friend was in for the weekend and asked me what I was using on my skin. I told her it was only a couple of weeks and that it was the collagen. She noticed a difference already. I'm pleased.

I don’t care for the amount of powder recommended for a daily dose. I do like the fact that it is tasteless. I was happy with the brand of collagen I was buying from Sam’s Club

I like this collagen I’ve tried multiple others and either they have a bad taste or they won’t mix up easily - I put this in my coffee and it dissolves right away and just has like a creamer type taste
