Can add to smoothies, coffee, baked goods. I think it has made a difference in my hair and nails. Good customer service.

The product itself is great but their new package sucks. If you have nails or suffer from arthritis you will not be able to even open it.

I bought this and had never used collagen before. I always get this one large clump of the collagen, once in my liquid. Is this normal??
