I add this to my coffee each morning. It's simple and easy and doesn't take away from your coffee taste.

I love taking collagen but I am finding out that I run out before my subscription comes. Is there the same amount as before?.

I have had knee pain for a couple of years. After a month on this my pain is gone. I would and have recommend this to many friends and family.
