My fingernails are so study, that they hardly bend. I will continue mixing 1 scoop of Vital Protein in my coffee as a daily regiment.

Tastes like crushed up bone powder. No drinks or foods will mask the taste. I couldn’t even take 1/3 of the recommended dose without gagging.
