I’m about six weeks in with coffee creamer & two scoops in my smoothie but no noticeable changes in my nails or hair. Update in 3 months.

My husband and I add two scoops every morning to our coffee. It keeps me full for hours and I feel like my skin and hair are healthier.

We add it to our coffee, smoothies or just water. We love the added protein source it gives us as well as hair, skin and nails benefits.

I enjoyed the product and felt a big difference actually in my joints but it runs out too quick and it’s very expensive.

I love the collagen peptides it has made my hails and hair grow so fast. I also take it for healthy skin/gut.

I am really feeling the benefits of this product. I have only been using it a short while but i really notice the difference.
